The vast majority of our muscles are postural muscles. These postural muscles are designed to work all day, every day at a low level i.e. 30 - 50% of their capacity. These muscles can be trained and toned ANYWHERE, ANY TIME.

Postural muscles are responsible for establishing and maintaining the integrity of our skeleton and determine our skeletal alignment especially when we sit, stand, move or exercise and negotiate gravity.

BODY SHAPE
The correct activity of postural muscles means perfectposture for optimum body shape.

TONE
Postural muscles create the framework or certainty for the efficient balanced toning of large outer muscles - expending minimal or appropriate effort.
