Dell-Maree Day announced the appointment of Dragons Abreast Australia as a key charity organisation Method One supports at the recent launch of her debut DVD, Method One Framework for Success™ on Sept. 24.

Dragons Abreast have become world renowned for their charity work, assisting people with breast cancer around the globe. The international organisation is particularly well-known through the activity of Dragon boat rowing.

The Method One Framework program assists reinstatment of postural muscles and correct skeletal alignment.
